Greetings to all citizens of wellness. We know we are in a very sensitive but valuable time right now. With our society being burdened by economic trails, and recovering from a war, we are ready and willing to make those major shifts we have been meaning to make for a long time, to change our ways of living, and grow. Holding on to our seats of power as contributors to our community in this moment requires self-transformation, and those who have, and offer, the resources to help create this change are stepping up as healers of the old and new school. We've given our energy to the corporate kitchens long enough without benefitting our health. this is our time to regenerate our "healthonomics" as citizens of the City of Wellness!
